About Terry "Doc" Dockery, Ph.D.

Terry "Doc" Dockery, Ph.D. is a licensed Organizational Psychologist, speaker, and writer who is Founder and President of The Business Psychology Company LLC. Since 1993 he has built high-performance leaders and organizations in small to Fortune 500 companies. He focuses in the areas integrated strategic planning, executive coaching, team development, and key hire selection.

He has been interviewed as an expert on leadership and organizational high performance by USA Today, Forbes.com, CFO Magazine, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution. He is on the faculty of the U.S Chamber of Commerce executive training program, and he serves on the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards committee of the Georgia Psychological Association. His clients have won numerous national "Best Place to Work" awards.

In his spare time, Terry is widely known as the man who puts the "harm" in harmonica. He is a former professional musician who received the "Lucille Award" from B.B. King himself. He lives happily with his wife and children in Atlanta, Georgia.
